The Effect of Herbal Honey on a model of Atopic Dermatitis in NC/Nga Mice |

In this study, we invested the effect of herbal honey harvested in the Jirisan (Korea) on the development of atopic dermatitis treatment by using NC/Nga mice induced by 1-chloro-2,4-dinitro-benzene(DNCB). The effect of herbal honey was analyzed by measuring the serum IgE and investigated skin surface using scanning electron microscope. This study was supported by IPET(Korea Institute of planning & Evaluation for Technology in Food, Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries) Research Fund in 2009. |
