Prevention to Harmful Green Algal using Various Molecular-weight Chitosan |
| 초록 |
In this study, fraction of chitosan was performed by ultrafiltration method. The characterization of fractionated chitosan was investigated by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, and TGA. The molecular weight of the fractionated chitosan was confirmed by GPC-MALLS. The chlorophyll A and microcystins from its algicidal effect was confirmed by using HPLC and UV-vis spectrophotometer. These results suggest that fractionated chitosan can inhibit against harmful green algal.
