Preparation and Anticancer effect of Paclitaxel-loaded Chitosan-b-PCL nanoparticle for Cancer Therapy |
초록 |
The aim of this study was to deliver drug using chitosan-b-PCL di-block copolymer. The di-block copolymer was synthesized by radical polymerization. It has an advantage which free amine group of chitosan can increase cell uptake because of enhancement of charge interaction between copolymer and cancer cell. The characterization of chitosan-b-PCL di-block copolymer was analysed by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, CMC, DLS, and TEM. Also, content and release of loaded paclitacxel into chitosan-PCL were confirmed by UV. In addition, Its cytotoxicity and anticancer activity was confirmed by MTT assay. These results suggest that di-block copolymer can be able to apply as drug carrier.
