After the revolution of industrial, the industry has been noticeably developing. So the severity of environmental problems is increasing day by day. So the main task is to find new energy that could replace fossil energy. Hydrogen, which is one of them, is used as energy and then recycled back into water to generate less pollutants, so hydrogen production, which obtains eco-friendly hydrogen through water decomposition, is in the spotlight as a renewable clean energy resource. So many efficient photocatalyst studies have been actively conducted. This study was carried out with the same purpose as CdS made by hydrothermal synthesis and used FeS2 as a photosensitizer to improve the catalyst performance. The two materials were synthesized by physical bonding, and the performance of water splitting was observed through GC. |
