제목 Comparison of adhesive properties according to polyurethane structures in urethane-acrylate Interpenetrating Polymer Networks (IPN) adhesives​​
초록 Recently, most adhesives using organic solvents are being replaced by solvent-free adhesives as regulations on VOCs increases. However, solvent-free adhesives using acrylate polymers are limited due to low physical properties by unreacted monomers. To overcome the problems, solvent-free IPN adhesives using urethane and acrylate polymers were developed. Polyurethanes (PUs) are block copolymers composed of soft and hard segments with flexibility and mechanical properties. In this work, PUs based on various polyether polyols and aliphatic diisocyanates were synthesized using acrylate monomers as solvents. Structural characteristics including relative contents of hydrogen bonds in PUs and thermal properties were evaluated by FT-IR spectroscopy and DSC. Finally, adhesive tapes with IPNs structure were prepared, and the adhesive properties and heat resistance were compared according to structure of PUs.​
