제목 Tumor Specific Delivery of Multifunctional Nanoparticles Using MMP-2 Specific DePEGylation and pH-Sensitive Charge Reversal
초록 Nanoparticles, such as quantum dot, polyelectrolyte complexes, and virus, have recently emerged as powerful tools for drug delivery, gene delivery, and cellular imaging. In this study, we prepared novel targeting system using matrix metalloprotease-2 (MMP-2) substrate peptide and pH-sensitive moiety for tumor cells. PEGylated nano-particles were specifically delivered to cells by MMP-2 enzyme or acidic pH conditions. This system could be used as a good delivery system for tumor targeting in vitro and in vivo.
