Fabrication of the Layer-by-layer Structured SSWCNT/PEDOT:PSS Nanocomposite Films with a High Thermoelectric Performance Using Micronizing Process |

In this study, we successfully fabricated the layer-by-layer structured small bundled single walled CNTs (SSWCNT)/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) nanocomposite films with a high thermoelectric performance. The SSWCNT/PEDOT:PSS composites were simply prepared in the form of viscous paste by micronizing mill process which could induce the improvement of π-π interaction between the surface of SSWCNT and PEDOT:PSS, resulting in the considerable enhancement of electrical conductivity. We suggest that the facile preparation of SSWCNT/PEDOT:PSS nanocomposite film demonstrates the potential for application in the high power flexible thermoelectric generators. |
