제목 Fabrication of Antistatic Thin Layer Coated with Antimony Tin Oxide on Plasma Treated PE film
초록 Flexible, transparent and conductive polymer film has been extensively used in industries such as eletrchromics, light emitting diodes, solar cell, sensors, and antistatic coating. In this work, the metal-incorporated antimony tin oxide (ATO) films were fabricated on pretreated (atmosphere plasma ; Ar+O2) PE film to improve the conductivity and the adhesion properties by varying experimental conditions such as ATO : Binder ratios, UV-curing time, and thickness. Stability test was also done by measuring the resistivity and the surface morphology after sonication. The resulting film showed more than 95% of transparency and the surface resistivity of 105Ω/sq ~ 106Ω/sq. Additionally, the surface roughness, transparency and morphology of ATO thin film has also been characterized by AFM, SEM, and UV-visiable spectroscopy.
