제목 연소전 건식 CO2 포집용 유동층 수성가스전환 촉매 개발
초록 Catalytic activities and physical properties of the Cu-based WGS catalysts were studied. PC-A∼E catalysts were prepared by spray drying method for SEWGS process which consists of circulating fluidized-bed reactor in pre-combustion CO2 capture. Physical properties of the catalysts were measured by standard methods. PC series catalysts satisfied with most of the physical requirements for fluidized-bed process. Catalytic activities of the catalysts were evaluated by multi-channel catalytic reactor at 240∼400 ℃ and 20 bar with 10% CO, 30% H2O, and N2 balance. CO conversion of the catalysts showed 44∼96% at 240 ℃. Particularly, PC-D showed long-term activity of more than 95% CO conversion during 110 hours at 240 ℃, 20 bar. This result suggested that the performance of the catalyst is mainly linked to the good metal-support interaction between metallic Cu and ZnO within the catalyst.
