초록 |
Objective of this study is Development of highly strengthened biodegradable bone plate/screw using supercritical fluid technology Stereocomplex of compolymers Stereocomplex polylactide (s-PLA) has been known as one of the choices to enhance the properties of homopolymer polylactide. Streocomplexation using sc-CO2 has much more melting point than Homopolymer around 50℃. Above the critical point, Because Carbon dioxide has both advantages of the liquid and gaseous phase no toxicity. Many studies have been done how to manufacture stereocomplex formation. However, Aspect of processing, Stereocomplex polylactide has limitation of melt stability in industry field and Stereocomplex formation of polylactide with high molecular weight of polylactide is difficult. We have solved practical problems. By adding flexible unit(ε-caprolactone) to Polylactides due to Mobillity of Chain of Stereocomplex polylactide is increase. |
