Synthesis of a Novel Conjugated Polymer for p-type Semiconductor Material |
초록 |
Organic field effect transistors(OFETs) based on polymer have attracted much interest in recent years, owing to a lot of application such as chemical sensors, smart cards and rollable displays for large-area display applications. The fabrication can be easily done at low cost, over large areas, using flexible substrates, therefore over the past decade, a lot of researchers have made good progress in increasing the performance of organic semiconductors for OFETs by designing new fused aromatic compounds. In this work, a novel Conjugated Polymer was designed and synthesized by stille coupling reaction. The obtained polymer showed good solubility and thermal stability. |
