제목 pH-sensitive Metal-organic framework covered with cancer targetable carbohydrates-photosensitizer nanoplatform for in vivo generated cancer vaccine
초록  Cancer vaccine is a promising approach to overcoming tumor’s immunosuppression and activation T cells in response to tumor-specific antigen (TSA). However, limitations such as the diversity of TSAs and finding immunogenic TSAs prior to cancer vaccine treatment hinder the development of cancer vaccines. Here, we suggest pH-sensitive metal organic framework, covered with cancer targeting carbohydrates conjugated with photosensitizer (pMOFCP). This nanoparticle induces cancer necrosis and released TSA promotes in vivo generated cancer vaccine (ICV). 

 pMOFCP showed effective antitumor immune response through FACS analysis of T cells and DCs’ maturation number. No specific side effect was detected with H&E staining of major organs and serum test. Tumor growth inhibition of pMOFCP was observed with H&E staining assay in cancer bearing mice.

 Our research demonstrates a new immune regulating nanoparticle and has potential to expand the variation of cancer immunotherapy
