Equilibrium partitioningpredictionof nutritional components in functional solvent |
초록 |
Natural state materials contain a lot of available components. Among those, natural nutritive substances are utilized in functional foods and also in functional cosmetics. n these nutritive substances, we have to choose the most suitable solvent for the separation of the essential amino acids.To choose the most suitable solvent we have to calculate the solubility parameter of the solvent and a solute. We used Group contribution method for this calculation. With the calculated Solubility parameter we can calculate Flory interaction parameterχ12 and found out in which solvent the amino acids are melted most properly. |
