제목 Large-area Polymer Solar Cells Fabricated by Slot-die Coating Method
초록 A Slot-die coating, which uses a continuous solution processing, is one of the promising methods to fabricate the large-area conjugated polymer: fullerene bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells (PSCs) due to its fast fabrication time, reproducibility and a direct patterning of polymer films. However, during fabricating films by slot-die method, non-uniform evenness of film morphology by a coffee-stain effect from polymer solution droplet and the different evaporation times of a solvent result in the low power conversion efficiency (PCE) in the large area PSCs. In this presentation, we successfully fabricate the large area polymer film(13mmⅩ90mm) based on (P3HT) and (PCBM) with the uniform morphology by controlling the evaporation time through combining the different boiling point, solubility of solvent and slot-die coating speed. As a result, the large area PSCs with 10mmⅩ10mm active area exhibit PCE > 2% under Air Mass 1.5 irradiation (100mW/cm2)
