Facile synthesis of graphene nanostructure with intact crystallinity through unzipping of N-doped Carbon Nanotubes |
초록 |
Customized structures and properties of graphene and graphene based materials are in high demand, which can be achieved through atomic level engineering. Most potential method is unzipping of the graphene plane but harsh unzipping reaction has remained a key challenge. For more controllable and reliable route to intact the graphene based nanostructures crystallinity, we present specific unzipping of N doped carbon nanotubes. At very low electrochemical potential (0.6 V), substituted pyridinic nitrogen dopant site at carbon nanotubes can initiate the unzipping of graphene side walls. Graphene nanoribbons wrapped around carbon nanotube with intact two-dimensional crystallinity and well-defined atomic configuration at the unzipped edges is synthesized through this process. Ultrahigh-power supercapacitor performance of synergistic nanostructure is discovered because of its high surface area and robust electrical conductivity. |
