제목 Manufacture of pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with improved electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency using carbon sheet
초록 Recently, many electronic devices are becoming more functional and smaller. A large amount of electromagnetic waves are emitted due to the high performance of electronic devices. A large amount of electronic magnetic waves from automobiles can cause dangerous accidents such as a sudden acceleration of a car. In addition, electromagnetic waves have adverse effects on the human body such as headache and vomiting. Recently, studies on electromagnetic wave shielding with carbon materials have been actively conducted. In this study, electromagnetic shielding performance of the pressure sensitive adhesives(PSAs) coupled with carbon sheet was evaluated. The carbon sheet was manufactured by electrospinning with polyacrylonitrile and pitch followed by carbonization. Conductive carbon black was added to the PSAs to give higher conductivity. The electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency(EMI SE) were investigated for the PSA coupled with carbon sheet attached on polyimide film.
