제목 Synthesis of eco-friendly acrylic copolymer additive for high hardness / high transparency polymer composite
초록 The eco-friendly oligomeric acrylic copolymer can be used as the processing aid in various plastic fabrication industries such as automobile parts manufacturing by enhancing the flowability of the polymer melt resulting in the improved productivity. It is especially useful in the application to the plastic fields requiring both high hardness and high transparency. In this study, a low-temperature reaction synthetic method with high reaction stability and high utilization value was used to solve the cost problem of conventional high -temperature and high-pressure synthetic method, which is a conventional low molecular weight polymer synthesis method. In this study, butyl acrylate and 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone were used as the monomers. 2-Mercaptoethanol and trimethoxymethylsilane were used as the chain transfer agents. The synthesized oligomeric acrylic copolymer additives were characterized using FT-IR to evaluate the chemical structure and using GPC to evaluate molecular weights.
