제목 | Carboxymethyl cellulose production from mulberry bast fiber |
초록 | This research is focused on the possibility of employing prehydrolysis soda pulping process and carboxymethylation process to convert mulberry bast fiber to value added product. To this end, the prehydrolysis soda pulping process was employed. Then, multistage peroxide bleaching was performed to obtain high purity cellulose, and it was subsequently converted to carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC).
