제목 Dispersion of carbon nanotube with hydrophobic block copolymer and its application for organic solar cell
초록 Single walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) with large aspect ration was dispersed in organic solvent using the PS-b-PPP(Polystyrene-b-Poly(paraphenylene)) as surfactant. While the SWCNT-surfactant interaction was facilitated at conjugated blocks, polystyrene blocks are effective for the dispersion of SWCNT at aromatic solvents, which are beneficial for more uniform thin film by spin casting or spraying processes. Experimental conditions of CNT dispersion for the fabrication of thin film were illustrated. We have used the semiconducting SWCNT film as a buffer layer in organic solar cell, showing that reduction of series resistance and higher power conversion efficiency could be obtained at optimized device structure.
