제목 Efficient organic tandem solar cellwith Rb2CO3/IZO and Cs2CO3/IZO interlayer
초록 We have stacked a Copper phthalocyanine: C60 based cell on top of a poly-3-hexyl-thiophene(P3HT): PCBM using Rb2CO3(1nm) or Cs2CO3(1nm)/IZO(x nm) intermediate recombination layer. By inserting Rb2CO3 or Cs2CO3, electrons are efficiently extracted from PCBM to IZO middle layer. By optical modeling, optimized IZO thickness was calculated. Rb2CO3 and Cs2CO3 function as n-type doping interfacial material and IZO functions as optical spacer and charge recombination layer. Fill factor of the stacked cell is 0.60 and open circuit voltage is 0.92. Due to limited absorption of the top cell, we have inverted the active layer sequence.
