제목 Enhanced thermal conductivity of Al2O3/silicon epoxy composite via using a Al2O3 doped MWNTs
초록 Aluminum oxide (Al2O3) doped multi walled carbon nanotubes were fabricated by amino functionalized Al2O3 with chloride MWNTs. To enhanced thermal conductivity of composite, Al2O3 doped MWNTs added on the composite materials. Al2O3 doped MWNTs was expected to enhance the interconnectivity of conducting filler because its high aspect ratio and polarity of doped aluminium oxide. In this study, the thermal property of composite materials containing Al2O3 doped MWNTs or absence was investigated.
