제목 Fabrication of Ag doped CZTSSe Chalcogenide Solar Cells by Various Stacking Orders
초록 Silver(Ag) doping process in CZTSSe chalcogenide thin film solar cells have been studied and can be promised solution for Voc deficit because of Cu-Zn disorder since they are isoelectronic elements. Sufficient amount of Ag alloying on CZTSSe surface can be n-type semiconductor which is appropriate type-inverted junction with CdS buffer layer, whereas undoped CZTSSe has a strong p-type defects so the type-inversion is difficult to be formed at the CZTSSe/CdS interface. To compare the reaction mechanisms and solar cells performances, we have deposited various stacking order of Ag/Sn/Cu/Zn/Mo, Sn/Ag/Cu/Zn/Mo, Sn/Cu/Ag/Zn/Mo, Sn/Cu/Zn/Ag/Mo and Sn/Cu/Zn/Mo on soda-lime glasses and Mo foils by thermal evaporation for 5 nm of Ag layer and DC magnetron sputtering process for Zn, Cu and Sn layers. After fabrication of the solar cells, we have measured the performances by J-V and EQE and further analyzed by XRD, FESEM, HRTEM, TOF-SIMS for the analysis of reaction mechanisms.
