제목 | Sandwich Doping for Enhanced Built in Potential and Long-term Stability of Graphene/Silicon Schottky Junction Solar Cells |
초록 | Graphene has excellent electrical, optical, and mechanical properties. It makes suitable for a variety of photovoltaic materials for transparent conductive electrode, interfacial charge transport layers and additive materials. Among them, we focus on the graphene based Schottky junction solar cell with simple production method. The power conversion efficiency of more than 10% was reported through chemical doping, antireflective coatings (ARC) and interfacial oxide control. However, as the time passes, the effect of graphene doping decreased and the efficiency also inevitably degraded. In this work, we introduce the concept of dual doping made by doping top and down. Dual doping shows also stable strong doping effect in contrast to poor stability of only top doping on graphene. By adjusting the concentration of doping material, a power conversion efficiency (PCE) as high as 10% without ARC under AM 1.5G irradiation achieved over the 604800s. Our results provide valuable point into the commercialization of graphene-based Schottky junction solar cells, which can play an important role as one of alternatives of the next-generation renewable clean energy. |
