Preparation and Characterization of Carbon Papers for Gas Diffusion Layer |

We prepared carbon papers by wet-laid processing using carbon fibers and phenol resins. The elemental composition of the surface was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffusion (XRD). The morphology was characterized by Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The electrical conductivity was measured using a resistivity tester (Fluke Corporation, FLUKE-289). It was confirmed the electrical conductivity of the carbon papers enhanced with increasing of carbonization temperature. |
