제목 | Synthesis and characterization of biodegradable polysuccinimide grafted Gd-DOTA : the micelle-form as a potential contrast agent |
초록 | Polysuccinimide (PSI) has physico-chemical characteristics for development of macromolecular prodrugs, due to biocompatibility, biodegradability, easy synthesis, low cost and easy functionalization.1-3 We deal with the synthesis of PSI having various functional groups such as D,L-lysine and Gd-DOTA via ring opening of PSI. And the formation of nanoparticle micelles as drug carrier was also examined. PSI was synthesized by polycondensation polymerization of aspartic acid. Functionalization of PSI was carried out by introduction of D,L-lysine and Gd-DOTA into PSI. Micelle size was measured by ELS and AFM. Also, we were measured NMR, EDS, and EA. Fig. 1 showed NMR spectra. Fig 2 showed analysis of EDS and EA.
