제목 Microwave Dielectric Properties of (Ca1-xMgx)SiO3 Glass-Ceramics
초록 Effects of crystallization behaviours on the microwave dielectric properties of (Ca1-xMgx)SiO3 glass-ceramics were investigated. The crystallization behaviours of glasses were confirmed from the peak temperature of crystallization, degree of crystallization, crystallite size, and crystalline phases (wollastonite (CaSiO3), diopside (CaMgSi2O6), and clinoenstatite (MgSiO3)). With increasing heat-treatment temperature, the dielectric constants (K) and quality factor (Qf) of the specimens increased due to the increase of density and degree of crystallization, while the temperature coefficients of resonant frequency (TCF) were not changed remarkably. The K of the specimens with different amounts of Mg2+ was affected by the crystalline phases at a given heat-treatment temperature. The Qf of the specimens with diopside (CaMgSi2O6) was promoted to the maximum value. Good thermal stability of resonant frequency (zero TCF) was obtained for the specimens with TiO2.
