제목 Recycling of Crosslinked Polyethylene Foam Using Supercritical Methanol-based Single Screw Extruder
초록 The cross-linked polyethylene foam has been continuously recycled by using single-screw extruder which was running under supercritical methanol condition. The cross-linked polyethylene began to be decrosslinked during the continuous extrusion process above certain temperature. Degree of the decrosslinking was influenced by the amount of methanol used, and the rotational speed and the temperature of the supercritical fluid single-screw extruder. The molecular weight, mechanical properties and rheological properties of the decrosslinked polyethylene depended on extrusion condition will be presented in this presentation.
