제목 Preparation of physically activated hard carbons and characterization of pore structure and electrochemical performances for supercapacitor
초록 In this work, polymer derived porous hard carbons were prepared by steam activation with various temperature. The activated porous hard carbons (APHCs) have wide range of specific surface areas and pore size distribution. Furthermore, APHCs contain quite amount of heteroatom on both of surface and inside. The elemental composition and functional groups of the samples are investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The specific surface areas and pore structures were determined using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) equation and non local density functional theory (NLDFT) using N2/77 K adsorption isotherms respectively. Also, the crystalline structures were examined by X-ray diffraction. Electrochemical performances were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in a three-electrode system. The results show that pore structures and elemental properties are significant factor on electrochemical behaviors.
