The requirement for the high resolution has been ever increasing in the flat-panel display. In order to meet this requirement, the reflection of outside light on the surface of display panel should be decreased, and moreover antistatic property, scratch resistance and solvent resistance are being additionally required. Therefore, in this work, the hard coating film with good antistatic property was obtained by combining the conductive monomer and reactive UV curable urethane acrylate oligomer. The refractive index of each layer was controlled by the dispersing nano particles in various reactive oligomers and mononers. As a result of this research, the improved reflection ratio, high chemical and scratch resistance were realized. |
