A series of poly(amide-imide)s were prepared using a new monomer, 2, 4-Bis(trimellitimido)-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine (BTPT), with different diamines: 4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA), m-phenylenediamine (m-PDA), 1,2-phenylene diamine (o-PDA), 2,4-diamino-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine (2,4-DPT). They were prepared by the condensation method in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP) solvent using triphenyl phosphate and pyridine as condensing agents. The synthesized poly(amide-imide)s were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR. And the thermal property of poly(amide-imide)s characterized by TGA. According to the DSC analysis, it was found that poly(amide-imide)s exhibited excellent thermal stabilities characteristics at a given temperature. |
