제목 Effect of electron beam pre-irradiation for carbon fiber containing nickel nanoparticles
초록 Carbon materials containing the magnetic nanopowder have been attracted in technological application such as electrochemical capacitor and electromagnetic wave shielding. In this study, the polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers containing nickel oxide nanoparticles were prepared by electrospinning method. Electron beam irradiations were carried out with 2.5 MeV beam energy to stabilize the materials. And then samples were heat-treated for carbonization by variable temperature range.
The surface morphology of samples were investigated by using FE-SEM. The chemical composition of the samples were investigated the energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The crystal structures of carbon matrix, nickel nanopowders were analysed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Magnetic properties of the samples were also measured by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).
