제목 | 3D-printing of high strength hollow channel bacterial cellulose/Gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) |
초록 | Gelatinmethacrylate (GelMA) has cell binding motifs for arginine-glycine-aspartic acidpeptides and improves cell adhesion, proliferation, migration, anddifferentiation. In general, a low concentration of GelMA is used in cellculture because the highly porous structure of the cell culture platform isadvantageous for cell growth and the transportation of nutrients. However, itis very difficult to fabricate hollow channel structures with the lowconcentration of GelMA solution due to the lack of rheological properties for extrusion-based3D printing. We suggest a bacterial cellulose (BC)/GelMA composite hollow structureprepared by a solid matrix-assisted printing method to improve the printabilityand the fidelity of hollow structures for the cell culture. In the presentation,topology controllability and mechanical property of BC/GelMA hollow structurewill be described. |
