제목 Charge Carrier Transports of Well-Defined Polythiophene-Based Semiconductors for High Performance Organic Electronics
초록 Structural control of pi-conjugated polymers in the solid state isa challenging task to improve the charge-carrier transport along the conjugatedsolid thin films. The intrinsic amorphous character prevents the polymers fromorganizing into a controlled structure by conventional solution film proceduressuch as spin- and drop-casting. Here, we introduced how to optimizepi-conjugated structures of regioregular poly(3-alkyl thiophene) (P3AT)-based homopolymers and block copolymers with well-defined molecular weights, molecular weight distribution, and block composition. Based onthe structural analyses of cast films, the OFETs were optimized and successfully demonstrated with highelectrical performances.
