제목 Lithium disilicate powder prepared by sol-gel method for 3D printing of dental prosthesis  
초록  Herein, we suggest the lithium disilicate (Li2Si2O5) powder via sol-gel method for 3D printing of dental prosthesis. First, crystallization of the Li2Si2O5 phase in Li2Si2O5 powder was observed in X-ray diffraction. The mean diameter of the Li2Si2O5 powder 557.89±7.60 nm and the zeta potential was negative charge. In addition, the Li2Si2O5 powder has spherical and uniform shape. To confirm transparency and mechanical strength, the Li2Si2O5 specimen was sintered at 1350℃ determined by thermal analysis for 1 to 10h with a heating rate 15℃/min. As a result, Li2Si2O5 specimen had high transparency and mechanical strength as the sintering time increased. Finally, 3D printing was successfully performed using Li2Si2O5 powder with photocurable polymers. These results indicate that the Li2Si2O5 powder are expected as 3D printing materials for dental prosthesis.​
