제목 Combination of substitutional and interstitial doping into low-temperature processed tin oxide electron transport layer for perovskite solar cells
초록 Perovskite solar cells have been consideredas promising energy conversion devices owing to their high power conversionefficiency, lightweight, low cost, and flexible architecture. The fabricationof charge transporting layers at low temperature has been important forflexible devices and diverse applications. However, electron transport layerbased on metal oxides prepared at low temperature still have the low electric conductivitythat deteriorates the device performance. We applied combination ofsubstitutional and interstitial doping into tin oxide electron transport layerto improve the electric conductivity. We will present results of quadruplecation perovskite solar cells based on synthesized tin oxide nanocrystals aswell as sol-gel derived tin oxide electron transport layer.
