A Study on Dielectric Properties of Semi-IPN Polyimide Blend /BaTiO3 Composites. |

The dielectric properties of semi-IPN(interpenetrating polymer network) polyimide(PI) blend/BaTiO3(BT) composites are investigated. BT, crosslinker and peroxide are dispersed by poly (amic acid) and then distributed as a way to thermal reaction composite material was manufactured by BT contents and crosslinker contents. The coposites obtained by semi-IPN structure observed using SEM and thermal analysis by TGA and DSC was used. The blend of PI and cross-linked triallyl isocyanurate is effective for lowering the permittivity and loss tangent owing to the suppression of the orientation polarization of matrix. As a result, BT is not serving anything less than the dielectric constant and dielectric loss were shown. |
