Sterilization Characteristic of Electrochemical Acidic Water using Food |
초록 |
Electrochemical electrolyzed water can be divided electrolyzed acidic water and electrolyzed reduction water. In this experiment, We focus on sterilizing action of electrolyzed acidic water having strong sterilizing power. We investigated sterilization effect at distilled water and electrolyzed acidic water of various concentration and various temperature. And we discussed the sterilization effect by conventional food. |
