제목 Bio-inspired nanofibrous meshes for cellular proliferation and tissue adhesiveness
초록 Electrospun nanofibrous meshes are entangled and multi-layered with numerous nano-scaled fibers, showing structural similarity with extracellular matrix such as collagen and elastane. Bio-adhesive materials and biodegradable polymers were tested for cell attachments and cellular proliferations of several primary cells and mesenchymal stem cells. Nanofibrous meshes were shown to guide and maintain differentiation of various cells types dependent on geographical features and decorated biological signals on the meshes. In combined with other biocompatible materials, nanofibrous meshes were employed for multi-layered differentiation of multiple cells types and subsequently shown to specifically guide cell-type specific proliferations.
