제목 A High-Performance Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Aptamer Functionalized Hybrid Carbon Nanofiber Biosensor 
초록 The highly sensitive field-effect transistor (FET) system biosensor to detect platelet-derived growh factor (PDGF) was fabricated using carboxylic polypyrrole coated metal oxide decorated carbon nanofibers (CPMCNFs) and PDGF-B binding aptamer. CPMCNFs were fabricated using metal oxide decorated carbon nanofibers (MCNF) and carboxylic polypryrrole monomer via vapor deposition polymerization (VDP). CPMCNFs were integrated with PDGF-B binding aptamer and immobilized on the IDA substrate by covalent anchoring. The CPMCNFs-PDGF-B binding aptamer (CPB-Apt) FET sensor are highly sensitive and precise selective toward isoform of PDGFs. Additionally, the CPB-Apt FET sensor shows the re-usability in few weeks.
