제목 Electroactive shape memory actuator composed of carbon nanotube and polyurethane
초록 Shape memory polyurethane composites including surface-modified carbon nanotube were prepared, and their electroactive shape recovery behavior was investigated with the mechanical and electrical properties. Segmented polyurethane block copolymer was synthesized in a prepolymerization method using poly(ε-caprolactone), 4,4-methylene bis (phenylisocyanate), and 1,4-butanediol. The composite samples showed the good shape recovery within 10 seconds at 7wt% nanotube as the voltage of 30V was applied. An efficiency of conversion from electric energy to heat energy was 10.4% based on a theoretical equation.
