Preparation of poly(acrylic acid)-patterned polystyrene surface using ion implantation |
초록 |
In this study, a facile method for the micropatterning of a hydrophilic polymer using ion implantation is demonstrated. Poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) as a hydrophilic polymer was spin-coated on the surface of a polystyrene (PS) and the patterns of PAA were obtained by a selective ion implantation at various fluences. The properties of the obtained PAA-patterned surface were investigated in terms of the chemical structure, surface morphology, and wettability. The experimental results revealed that the micropatterns of PAA were successfully formed on the relatively hydrophobic PS surface. |
