제목 Reduction of graphene oxide in ethanol by γ-ray irradiation and its application to organic solar cells
초록 In this research, an eco-friendly and simple ionizing radiation-based preparation of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and its application to organic solar cells were investigated. GO, prepared by modified Hummer’s method, was dispersed in ethanol, and then irradiated by γ-rays at various absorbed doses. The results revealed that RGO was successfully prepared by γ-ray irradiation and its reduction extent was proportional to the absorbed dose. Furthermore, based on the performance test results of the organic solar cell devices, RGO prepared by γ-ray irradiation can be used as a solution-processable hole-transporting layer.
