Preparation and characterization of fractionized chitosan for algicidal effect |
| 초록 |
In this study, fraction of chitosan was performed by ultrafiltration method. The characterization of fractionized chitosan was investigated by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, DSC, and TGA Seperated chitosan was investigated molecular weight by viscosity and GPC. The algicidal effect was confirmed chlorophyll and microcystins in cyanobacterial cell by using HPLC and UV-vis spectrophotometer.
