제목 Metal oxide for high-performance inverted organic solar cells
초록 Organic photovoltaics(OPVs) have attracted a lot of attention such as lightweight and low cost, however it has problem of low efficiency and air stability. To overcome this shortcoming, currently many studies focused on inverted structure OPVs with metal oxide layer. However, there is a few type of metal oxide layer which is able to introduce into device. In this study, therefore, we introduced metal ion as a dopant in ZnO for tuning the band-gap. As a result the power conversion efficiency and lifetime of fabricated devices were enhanced.
