Enhanced BTEX Selectivity over Na–FeAlOx/Zn–HZSM-5@SiO2 From CO2 Hydrogenation |
초록 |
The hydro conversion of CO2 into value-added chemicals holds promise to enable the transition to carbon neutrality under moderate reaction conditions; however, products are generally obtained in low selectivity due to the uncontrollable reactivity of surface intermediates and numerous possible reaction pathways. Direct reduction of CO2 to BTEX, especially p-xylene, is of significant importance due to combat energy and environmental crises related to the depletion of non-renewable petroleum feedstocks. Here we are demonstrating NaFeAlOx-Zn/H-ZSM-5@SiO2 multifunctional composite catalyst to enhance BTEX selectivity via tuning the surface properties of the catalyst combined with proximity of different catalytic sites. NaFeAlOx standalone shows improved activity towards linear olefins and combined with Zn/HZSM-5@SiO2 provide 45.2% CO2 conversion and 38.7% aromatic selectivity in which 58.99% BTEX at 370 ºC 3.5 MPa |
