제목 Solvothermal synthesis of Ni,Ti-co-doped MoO2 colloidal nanoparticles with enhanced stability and conductivity
초록 MoO2 is distinguished inorganic hole transporting material of perovskite solar cells (PCS) due to its metallic conductivity and high stability. However, due to insufficient stability of pristine MoO2 against humidity or oxygen, there have been many studies to find suitable inorganic materials with excellent moisture stability and conductivity. Here, solvothermal approach is applied to synthesize high stable and conductive Ni,Ti-co-doped MoO2 nanoparticles. During the solvothermal process, as-prepared polycrystalline MoO3 microparticles by spray pyrolysis are not only converted to MoO2 nanoparticles but also doped by Ni and Ti. Ni,Ti-doped MoO2 is similar to oxidation state of pure MoO2, but reduction stability is superior to MoO2 due to weaker electronegativity of Ni and Ti than the Mo. Furthermore, we conducted a stability test to confirm degradation of the un-encapsulated Ni,Ti-co-doped MoO2 HTM based metal halide PSC under 85℃/60% relative humidity for 20 days.
