제목 | Investigating the influence of binary transition metal chalcogenides at carbon cloth for efficient oxygen evolution reaction |
초록 | Transitionmetal chalcogenides were known as analogous of metal oxides and developed as anew class of materials in energy storage/conversion due to properties such ascapacitance, conductivity, redox behavior, etc., Further, binary transitionmetal dichalcogenides gained vast attention due to their enormous activespecies, higher electrical conductivity. We designed ruthenium cobalt sulfideover a carbon cloth for oxygen evolution reaction (OER). The binary metalactive sites and heteroatom, RuCoS 2 /CC exhibits lower overpotential,tafel slope and outcomes with excellent durability compared to other modifiedelectrode. Thus, from the result, RuCoS 2 /CC is perceived to betterperform towards OER in electrochemical water splitting. |
