제목 Ruthenium Dyes with Different Types of Ligands as the Cathode Interlayer for Polymer Solar Cells
초록 When the ligand used in the intermediate layer for the reverse bulk heterojunction solar cell is changing the ligand from 2,2’-bipirydine-4-carboxylic acid (RubiPy) with thiocyanate (N719), there is little difference in conversion efficiency. And ruthenium complexes provided to reduce the surface defects of ZnO and to reduce the electron injection barrier between PC71BM:PTB7 and ZnO layer. when in contact with active and cathode layers, charge generation and collection and transport efficiency will be increase. According to our research, Ru-bipy device PCE performance is 8.05% and N719 device PCE performance is 8.08, so the efficiency of N719 is slightly higher.
