Lipid with the structure of diacetylene have many special properties. Especially, blue form of PDA(polydiacetylene) is non-fluorescent, and red form is fluorescent. In this experiment, a mixture of 10,12 pentacosadiynoic acid (PCDA) and PCDA-MI, a synthetic PCDA derivative with a maleimide headgroup, was used for produce supramolecular liposome. And then we arrayed and immobilized liposome on the glass surface. After that, antibodies to model protein, anti-BSA, were conjugated to solid-phase PDA liposomes to form so-called BSA chips. The antigen, BSA, was able to induce fluorescence of BSA chips in a concentration-dependent manner. |
