제목 Solution-Processed Small Molecule Donor based on Benzothiadiazole for Organic Solar Cells
초록 Solution-processed organic solar cells (OSCs) have been extensively researched and investigated for decades due to their great potentials such as easy and large area fabrication with low-cost. Oligomers having donor-acceptor (D-A) units have an advantage of the broad absorption owing to an effective intramolecular charge transport (ICT) and adjustable photochemical properties by changing D or A moieties. Herein, we synthesized and characterized two A-D-A-D-A type small molecules, where benzothiadiazole (BT) as the core and thiophene (T) as the electron donating unit were used as central building unit, containing different end groups. The OSCs based on two small molecules were fabricated to investigate the photovoltaic performances.
